Thanks to each for the responses. Just got so much negative stuff going on right now, don't even know that I'll be going to Delaware anytime soon. I should probably go ahead and do what 90% of the bettors in the book do and get a smartphone. I see them checking lines and I even asked one guy last October what the weather was in Wisconsin for a football game. Before you could say Thanks, he was on the page for their weather! It's a little thing, I just don't want to spend a lot of time learning how to use something that's not easy, not to mention the cost for a damn phone. A tablet, i think is more my speed.
Smart Phone vs a Tablet: I know i'm old fashioned. But here goes my argument. Had a G/F a few years ago that used nothing but a smartphone .She had to CHARGE it DAILY or damn near..
Now for me a telephone is for real communication, possibly an emergency. I don't want to have to worry about charging it that often. A Tablet is not life and death as phone might be.
This is just how I see it. (Plus not sure of this but with a tablet you aren't paying a monthly fee as with a smartphone)
Sportsbooks have WiFi you can connect to. Most establishments these days do.
An IPad is very user friendly. Their operating system is called Safari. Just click on that and type in a site you want to look at. Right now Amazon has a refurbished 32GB IPad for $250. Its perfect for what you will be using it for. Cheap!! Go to Amazon and type in refurbished iPad 32GB and buy it. Done.
